Help Improve the Information Provided to Students
The Australian Government Department of Human Services delivers a range of health, social and welfare payments and services through the Centrelink, Medicare and Child Support programs. As a trusted information source for students, they’re seeking feedback on your information needs.
Complete the student communication survey to advise:
- common questions you get from students about the department
- what resources you currently use
- how you’d like to receive information
- how the department can help you support student information needs.
It’ll take you 5-10 minutes to do the survey.
Your responses will help determine appropriate channels, messages and resources that will make it easier for you to answer questions about the department’s payments and services. The information you provide will also be used to develop content you can share with students.
