Global Careers Month. Challenges, opportunities and priorities
The Global Careers Month (GCM) was organised between 8 November and 13 December 2022 under the steer of the Inter-Agency Working Group on Career Guidance (IAG WGCG), in cooperation with professional associations and practitioner led private organisations operating in the field of career development. The month consisted of a series of initiatives and events promoted by the international agencies, together with the international, regional and national associations, amounting to an impressive total of nearly 50 events, many of which engaging the majority of countries in global region/sub-region.
This brief synthesises the results of discussions held during the global careers month in Regional events. It provides a fresh insight on challenges, opportunities and priorities for career guidance system development at global and regional level.
