2015 Australian Jobs Publication Released
Australian Jobs provides information about employment trends by location, age, industry and occupation. It helps people to understand where the jobs are and what employers look for when recruiting. The 2015 publication provides information to support people at all stages of their working lives, whether they are looking for their first job, returning to the workforce or transitioning between sectors.
It highlights the changes in the Australian labour market, noting that large numbers of new jobs are expected to be created over the next five years and providing a guide to where the largest numbers of new jobs are likely to be.
This year’s publication also explores the Australian labour market by age, with a focus on young (15 to 24 years) and mature age (aged 45 years or older) workers.
